I recently tinkered with an idea about using some images that I have created and then bringing them in as image traps, then applying a kaleidoscope map to each layer using different trap shapes and julia formulas independently to show the elements in each layer. This is composed of 4 layers, each with a different image imported.
This is the result of an early attempt. What do you think of the effect?
